Incidence of a Recent Fever or Illness
Incidence of Smoking or Drinking
Corticosteroid Injections and NSAIDS
History of Severe Liver Disease
Critical Thrombocytopenia
Regular nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use within 48 hours
